Yes, I've changed all right.
Oh languid suburbia, where the roads are clean and wide, where the neighbors smile and wave to every car that passes by, and where the lawns are twice as nice as the people! Here are some of my favorite things about coming back to Minnesota in the summertime:
- Driving down a long stretch of empty road and running my fingers through the wind
- Uptown Minneapolis (sights and sounds and vintage dresses)
- Running through a field of fireflies
- Playing on the swingset at midnight
- Telling bedtime stories to and hanging out with my little brother
- Downtown Minneapolis (HCMC and Nicollet)
- Beach picnics with friends at one of many lakes
- The Hennepin County Public Library system
- Severe thunderstorms
- Baking
- Music in Plymouth with the Minnesota Orchestra and FIREWORKS!
I do always complain more than I am thankful, but in end, this idyllic scenery is placating even to the most catty of souls. I'm glad to have such a peaceful home.

- I really like your quote and find it very true.
- I was walking outside one night and was super excited to see fireflies as well. They bring back good memories. I've never ran through a field of them though...
- Your little brother looks so happy in that photo haha, hi edward!
- Your baking skills have only gotten even better. :)
I miss youuuu!!
